Age 29, owner of Lions Fitness. I started on my athletic journey with wrestling, track, and football. All my life I have loved athletics. I found myself in the gym more often than home, trying to better my sports. Went through high school as a dedicated athlete, played some college football, got injured, and that was the end. So, I thought. A year after college I found a little powerlifting meet in Pensacola called, King of the beach. I had no idea how much my life was going to change.
I'm 25 years old and a personal trainer at Lions Fitness. I played tennis and ran track in high school, but found my heart in lifting after I graduated and started college. I was hooked after competing in a Strongman competition with my uncle - the experience was humbling and I had a blast. A few months later, I got certified as a personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and started training individuals and teams on my college campus, eventually becoming the manager of Personal Training Services. I've worked with people from many backgrounds and have loved helping them reach their goals!
My fitness journey began with football, baseball, and weightlifting in high school. I also played collegiate football at MSUM for 3 years. After football the majority of my time was still dedicated to the gym. I love working with athletes and dedicated members of the gym! I'm willing to bet on anyone as long as they trust me! I have a lovely daughter (Millie, 1.5 years old) at home with an amazing spouse!
