Unlike most commercial gyms, Lions Fitness' training sessions are not all about the limited timed sessions. Each session is based around YOUR needs with our undivided attention given. Our clients don't compete against the clock like you'll find at the other gyms in town.

Online Programming and Training Options

With everything going on in the world right now, we understand that you may not have access to a gym, or might be uncomfortable working out in-person at a gym.

There's no need to let your health fall by the wayside, and we're here to help. We have options to train at-home and virtually, through personal training and programming. If you want one-on-one sessions with a trainer, we can set up video calls and provide you with written workouts for each session.

We also offer both workout and nutrition programming, which are complete plans that our trainers create for you. Just like personal training, these programs are tailored to your individual needs and goals! Whether you're looking to gain muscle, lose weight, increase strength, target specific muscle groups, etc. - we've got you covered.

If you're training at home, we'll take into consideration the equipment you have available, your interests, your limitations, etc. When it comes to nutrition programs, we make instructions clear while allowing room for flexibility, and we'll always be careful of allergies, intolerances, and general food likes/dislikes.

Adjustments

When it comes to purchasing a program, we recommend also purchasing adjustments. Odds are, your individual needs and goals will grow as you progress on your wellness journey and this addition allows adjustments for life! Coaching

Coaching is an excellent, affordable addition to your program. This gives you direct access to our trainers so you can ask questions about your program, your workouts and meals, proper training form, and more!
